17: Use ICT for professional development

For this assignment you will need to develop your own personal professional development plan. This plan should include the following:

• What is your ultimate goal in education? e.g. headmaster, head of department, government education official
• Your professional development goals for the next three years which will help you attain your ultimate goal (include at least two goals per annum)
• What online learning resources / MOOCs / collaborative teacher networks you'll engage with to achieve these goals
  
• A timeline of when you expect to achieve each goal.
